Once your product is uninstalled, please try downloading your Autodesk Software using the Virtual Agent (Please be sure to disable your firewall and anti-virus before downloading)

Select OS, Product version and Language. Select Get product and click Get started. Select Installation type option "Individual(single seat) or class/lab(multi seat/network)" (this option may/may not available for few users). There is show all Educational products, select as per your requirement. (Account verification takes sometime, if already verified then go to below steps) After login you will get options to complete your profile and upload the valid documents over there for verification process. (Already have educational access? Sign in) If you have already account, click on Sign in. Simply go to the Education Community website Please remember to turn all security software back on after the install completes. Make sure you have any security software (pop-up blocker, anti-virus, etc.) turned off for both the download and install to prevent file corruption. Once you uninstalled successfully, please re download by using below steps. See the link below for instructions on how to perform a clean uninstall of the software: If you are still facing the issue, we would suggest you to please uninstall and delete all downloaded files ( you can take back up if you have any data of the product before uninstalling ) of this product using information given below and re-download the software again using direct download link given below.
